HF Contests

The Society has fielded a team for the AFS series for many years. This contest series is unique in that it comprises four VHF contests (6m, 4m, 2m, 70cm) and four HF contests (160m, 80m CW, 80m SSB, 80m Data).

We also make a regular appearance in the 80m CC contests (February – July) and the very similar 80m Autumn Series (September – November).

We currently only enter one major HF field event which is SSB Field Day but if we can build a larger team of contest CW operators we will potentially also enter National Field Day.
