Expenses claim form

All expenses requiring reimbursement from the society must be accompanied by the following form. Please download, complete and send the completed form plus any receipts to the club treasurer, treasurer@wkars.org.uk . File format is Microsoft Word 97-2004 .doc format, which can be handled by Word and also LibreOffice.
